We had a fantastic time at the hostel! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station and bus stop that takes you right to Shibuya Station. We loved being close to everything in Shibuya. the room was small but comfortable, with its own light and plugs. the bathrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service and the free coffee and tea in the common area were a nice touch.

It would have been more convenient if check-in hours were extended, as we had a slight delay in our arrival.

wise owl hostels shibuya was even better than my last stay in tokyo! the staff was super nice and the hostel was clean and new. the 6 people female dormitory was spacious and had curtains for privacy. the location was great and i could walk to shibuya in 15 minutes. definitely coming back!
